The celebration, which featured a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and refreshments, had nearly 250 attendees including future residents, representatives from the sponsor National Lutheran Communities & Services and leaders from the local community including Randy Collins, President and CEO of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber, Ellen Murphy, Frederick County Commissioner of the Revenue and several members from the Frederick County Planning Commission. |

The new Sales Center includes a fully furnished one-bedroom model, giving visitors a sense of the stylish residences that await them. You can also visit the Options Gallery, where you can touch the textures and visualize the décor and flooring options for your new home. In the Reception Room, you can see a virtual video of the whole community, creating The Village at Orchard Ridge experience. |
