Planned to grow from a 132-acre site in picturesque Winchester, Virginia, this new community will exemplify “neo-urban” design – returning to the people-friendly town planning concepts used before urban sprawl. The “Village Green” will be the heart of this exciting community. In this setting, aging in place is an accepted process that is anticipated and accommodated in a respectful, comfortable and affordable manner.
As a continuing care community we will maximize all residents’ potential and maintain their connectedness to the larger community, The Village at Orchard Ridge will include a wide variety of maintenance-free apartments, town homes and cottage homes, as well as the seamless integration of private assisted living and long and short-term health care services.
